Basement Renovations

We are in the process of starting to finish our basement...one room at a time.
We decided to start with a bedroom addition first. Actually this before picture
is actually 3 studded walls after we began. We originally had one support studded wall that
goes the length of our basement. So here's the finish.... (well almost finished as there's always stuff still that needs to be done..paint the doors, add on a walk-in closet, etc) But here it is!!!!

  1. awesome!!! You have a HUGE basement that can be turned into so much.. it just takes lots of time (((and money))) So who got this room? I don't think I'd like being downstairs unless I knew I had a sister in a room right next door!!!!

  2. This is a great transformation, Angela! It’s a wise decision to make the walls and foundations concrete. The long process of renovation has finally paid off. I hope it will continue to be this way up to the finishing touches.

  4. Gotta agree with Amy, Angela. The photos you shared shows the improvement of what was once a huge space in your house into a well designed room. We all know that floods are inevitable and basements are mostly vulnerable to it. Getting your basement checked by waterproofing experts will definitely go a long way.
